Buildings

We are in civil construction for the past 30 years using the above patended technology.  Now the technology is fully  equipped with automated and mechanised production unit to bring perfection, quality and standardisation of the process.

With this technology, the structure can be completed from foundation to roof using prestressed and pre-cast concrete.  This technology reduces the cost of construction by 45%.   Our technology solutions can construct buildings at a faster pace with less exploitation of natural and human resources.

Foundations

The foundations are made based on a patented technology using pre-stressed plinth beams and pre-stressed grillages as grid beams joined with a cast in situ post tensioned concrete, on a ballaster cushion. This foundations technology is similar to a raft foundation with high flexibility and mass reduction reducing the impacts of earth quake. These foundations can be laid on surface or below the surface level as per the design, even on marshy land thus, reducing the cost substantially compared to any other foundation technology presently available in the market.

Walls

The prestressed hollow core beams with smaller sizes are the speciality of our wall technology. It provides stronger walls and a cool atmosphere inside the building. Because of the small size, installation of the walls required less manpower and larger mechines like crains. Easy installation of electrical, mechanical and plumbings in the building are another advantage. Excluding plastering makes the projects more economical. Four time faster installation is possible comparing to the conventional brick construction is the major advantage  of our technology using in wall construction.

Roof

A complete precast roofing solution makes our technology more economical and easy construction. Its gives hollow or airgap within the roof and makes the building thermal efficient. An average 5 degree  temperature  is less in our buildings , comparing to conventional concrete roofs.

Protection of Sea and river shores.

Most of the costal lines in India and abroad are suffering from the sea attacks during monsoon and depression.  We have an effective technology to prevent the same by constructing bulk heads, stepped sea wall, groins, and break waters by combination of our products using post tensioning methods making a singular massive structure against wave erosions.  Moreover, the slope and the shape of the system will break the wave, and protect the shore, with minimal impact. The wall structures can be used in protecting the banks of rivers and are the most economical, strong concrete walls comparing to conventional methods.

Infrastructure Products.

Our products especially the pre-cast, pre-stressed “U” Beam can be further post stressed and the load bearing capacity can be increased manifold.  These products can be used in the construction of Bridges, Flyovers and such other structures along with the normal beam structure or fully using our own products.  This will reduce the time and cost of construction substantially.  Our products can be casted in our factory and assembled at site to provide a consistent quality as per the design

Towers of any height can be built in a matter of months and many unique and aesthetically pleasing architectural elevations can also be cast using precast concrete without the hassle of bulky shuttering and expertise labour.

Green Technology

Its mandatory for government building to be certified by GRIHA, the Green Building code of India. The construction using our technology and solution is meeting the grades of GRIHA without additional requirements makes the projects more economical to 10%. A green building certification is an additional output of our technology contributing to the building , which gives several incentives from government.
